1. About this service
Jobs GPT ("the Service") is an AI-assisted job application tool. When you send a prompt, an autonomous browser agent visits third-party job sites on your behalf to extract information and draft application materials.
2. Account & access
You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for any activity on your account. Do not share your credentials or use the Service for anyone other than yourself.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to (a) submit false information to employers, (b) spam, harass or deceive any recipient, (c) circumvent rate-limits or site terms of any third-party job board, or (d) generate content that violates applicable law.
4. Credits & billing
Each new conversation consumes one credit. Subscriptions renew monthly and grant a fixed credit allotment that resets on each renewal. Top-up credits are one-time purchases and do not expire. Prices are shown in CHF on the pricing page and charged by Stripe on our behalf.
5. Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is". AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for reviewing every application before you submit it.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
