Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account: name, email and profile picture from your Google account.
• Chats:the messages you send and the agent's replies, stored in Firestore under your user id.
• Documents:files you upload to "My Documents" are stored in a per-user workspace at Browser Use and referenced from our server.
• Billing: Stripe customer id, subscription status and credit balance. Card data never touches our servers.

2. Sub-processors

We rely on the following third parties to run the Service:

• Google Firebase — authentication and Firestore database.
• Browser Use — browser automation agent that runs the actual job-search tasks.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google Cloud Run — hosting.

3. How we use your data

We use your data only to run the Service: authenticating you, running the agent on the tasks you request, storing your chat history so you can come back to it, and billing you for the plan you chose. We do not sell your data.

4. Retention

Chats and uploaded documents stay until you delete them or delete your account. Billing records are kept for as long as legally required.

5. Your rights

You can delete individual conversations or files from the app at any time. To request export or full deletion of your account, email info@poyraz.digital. Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct and erase your personal data.

6. Cookies

We only use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to let Stripe process your payment. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers.
